On 5 December 2021, Nankai Public Law PhD Candidates Workshop I was held in Conference Room 333 of the Law School, where Zhao Yang, a PhD student in Constitutional and Administrative Law (Class of 2020), gave a presentation on “ComprehensiveLaw Enforcement in towns: practical background, regulation basis and governance approach.


Professor Song Hualin, Associate Dean of Nankai University Law School, Miao Yifan and Tang Man, PhD students of the Class of 2020 in Constitutional and Administrative Law, were invited as reviewers.And Xu Xihao, PhD student of the Class of 2021, was invited as moderator of the workshop. More than 100 students and teachers from Nankai University Law School and other institutions participated in this event online or offline.


At the beginning of the presentation, the moderatorXu Xihao, introduced the background and form ofNankai Public Law PhD Candidates Workshop.Afterwards, the reviewers expressed their views on the content of the presentation in turn. Some students then asked questions about related work.


At the end of the presentation, Zhao Yang expressed his sincere gratitude to the reviewers for taking the time to read and review the article, and responded to the questions raised by the reviewers and the students. Moderator Xu Xihao announced the successful conclusion of the workshop.
