The annual meeting of the China Law Society 2021 was held on October 23, hosted by the China Law Society of Civil Law with ShanXi University, the meeting was conducted in the hybrid mode of both online and offline. The theme of this annual conference is “Application of civil code and related judicial interpretation”.
Professor Chen Yaodong and Associate Professor Zhang Zhipo were invited to attend the meeting. Professor Chen Yaodong made a report on “The development of the registration of the right of abode in the perspective of the safeguard function”at the second session of the conference.
Associate Professor Zhang Zhipo made a report on “The doctrine of real right of land management”in the post-80s youth special session and made many beneficial exchanges of opinions with the scholars.
The annual conference of China Civil Law Research Association is the highest academic platform of China civil law. The scholars have conducted multi-level, multi-angle, systematic and in-depth researches and discussions on the Civil Code and the theory of Civil Law.
The conference received a total of 79 papers, about 2 million words. The hybrid offline-online approach attracted more attention, by the end of the afternoon meeting, a total of more than 32,800 online participants joined the meeting. This annual conference has been a complete success.
