On March 12,2021, the Research Center for Innovation and Intellectual Property Legal Protection of Nankai University Law School and the Intellectual Property and Internet Professional Committee of Tianjin Law Association jointly held a seminar on “Understanding and Application of the New Revised Patent Law”.
This conference is the fifth phase of the “Nankai Innovation and Intellectual Property Protection Salon”, and also the third phase of the Round Table series of the “China Intellectual Property Management Network” (CIPnet) project.The meeting was carried out through the Tencent Conference platform, with a total of 43 people attending the meeting online, and was presided over by Professor Zhang Ling of Nankai University Law School.
Professor Zhang Ling concluded that we should take comprehensively strengthening intellectual property protection as the main line, and vigorously improve the quality, application efficiency, management efficiency of intellectual property creation and service level, so as to provide strong support for promoting the construction of a new development pattern.
