Introduction
Sui Wei is the associate professor of Nankai University Law School and a visiting scholar of the University of Leeds. She is a director of Commercial Law Branch of Tianjin Law Society.
Professor Sui is the editor-in-chief of a textbook on international financial law and co-editor of several textbooks on securities law and international economic law. She has published one monograph on EU law and more than ten papers on international financial law, EU law and financial law.
