2. Introduction
Liu Pengfei, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a PhD in Evidence Law, he is the director of the Tianjin Law Society, and the member of the Tianjin Law Society's Litigation Law Branch. He has been selected in Tianjin “131” Innovative Talent Training Project 2015-2017.
