2.Introduction:
Li Fei, born in Hebei, is an associate professor of Nankai University School of Law. He mainly engaged in teaching and research of business law, corporate law and insurance law. He is an invited expert of the Legal Think Tank of Tianjin Government and a consultant to the Supreme Prosecutor. He was an Edwards Fellow at Columbia University School of Law and a Visiting Professor at University of Maryland.
Professor Li received his J.D. from Tsinghua University (2007-2010), M.A. in Civil and Commercial Law from Xiamen University (2004-2007) and B.A. from Central China Normal University (2000-2004). He has published more than 40 articles in leading Mainland law journals such as Legal Studies, Tsinghua Law Journal, Legal Science, Legal System and Social Development, Jurisprudence; leading Taiwan journals such as Taiwan Journal of Civil and Commercial Law, Taiwan Journal of Law; leading Macau journals such as Macau Jurisprudence, “One Country Two Systems” Studies, Macau Polytechnic Journal and American journals such as The Banking Law Journal and Labor Law Journal. He has also published several short articles in Shanghai Newspaper in Law and China Business Times.
