二、Biography
Kui Jia, lecturer of NanKai University School of Law, received a Bachelor degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law from September 2007 to July 2011; From September 2011 to July 2013, Dr. Kui obtained a master's degree in Criminal Law from Renmin University of China; From September 2013 to December 2017, she went to Germany for further study and obtained her doctor degree in Criminal Law from Max Planck Institute of Foreign and International Criminal Law at The University of Freiburg.
Dr. Kui also presided over a project: Systematic Construction of Responsibility Blocking Causes, funded by fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (63192139) (2019.02-2019.11)
