二、Biography
Huang yuxin, the lecturer of NanKai University School of Law, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law. He studied in the Geography Department of Hangzhou University from 1992 to 1996， and got the second bachelor degree in Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2001. From 2001 to 2007, he obtained his Master's degree and Doctor's degree in legal history from China University of Political Science and Law.
Professor Huang co-authored 30 of the Most Influential Legal Classics in History with Professor Zeng ershu (Shanxi People's Publishing House, 2007), and wrote three chapters: The Spirit of Law, The Nature of the Judicial Process, and General Theory of Law and State.
