Introduction
Shen Jinzhong is the associate professor of Nankai University Law School and a visiting scholar of Nagoya University School of Law. He is a director of the Environmental Resources Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society.
Professor Shen has published one monograph the Theory and Practice of WTO Harmonization of Environmental Trade Relations in China Legal Publishing House .He also took part in several projects including WTO and the Improvement of China's Technical Regulations System funded by Zhejiang Philosophy and Social Science Planning, WTO/TBT-SPS Agreement Dispute Settlement Case Studies initiated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. He presided over A Study on Some Issues of China's Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Law.
