Introduction
Zhang Lixia, the associate professor of Nankai University Law School, a visiting scholar of Aichi University. She presided over several provincial projects including Study on the Legal System of Civil Retrial, which was a Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Foundation project and Tianjin Labor Union Labor Law Supervision Regulations Legislative Research, which was the project of Tianjin Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. Zhang took part in one project of the National Social Science Foundation, Study on the Legal System of Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics .She also participated in Study on Practical Issues of Patent Infringement Litigation, which is a project of Tianjin Philosophy and Social Science Foundation.
Professor Zhang has published dozens of papers in various journals including Legal Science, Legal Business Research, and Nankai University Journal. She is the independent author of Research on the System of Civil Litigation-Related Letters and Petitions— A Perspective at the Intersection of Political Science and Law and the co-author of Study on Practical Issues of Invention Patent Infringement Litigation.
Professor Zhang is a director of Civil Litigation Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society. She is the Vice President of the Tianjin Law Society's Litigation Law Research Branch. She is a member of the 3rd Expert Advisory Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Procuratorate.
