2. Introduction
Yang Wenge, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School, Director of the Teaching and Research Office of the Procedure Law. He obtained the Bachelor of law of China University of Political Science and Law in 1988, Master of litigation law of People’s Public Security of China in 2001, Doctor of litigation law of People’s Public Security of China in 2008. He is the Visiting Scholar of the Faculty of Law at University of Hong Kong in 2007 and the School of Law of Oklahoma City University in the U.S. in 2011.
Professor Yang has published two monographs at Renmin Public Security University Press and presided over four scientific research projects of China.
Professor Yang is also the Part-time researcher of Human Rights Research Center of Nankai University (National Human Rights Education and Training Base), Director of the Taiwan of China, Hong Kong of China and Macao of China Law Research Center of Nankai University Law School, Director of China Research Society of Criminal Procedure Law, President of the Procedure Law Branch of Tianjin Law Society, Member of the Academic Committee of Tianjin Law Society, Member of the editorial Committee of Tianjin Law, Part-time teacher of the teaching, research and training base of Tianjin Municipal People's Procuratorate, Member of the Expert Advisory Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Procuratorate, Member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Economic Investigation Team of Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, Member of the expert talent pool of Tianjin's special fight against Mafia and evil.
