Zhu Jing’an, from Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School. He has studied in the Law Department of Jilin University, the Law Department of Lanzhou University and the School of Law and Politics of Nankai University, and has taught in the Law School of Lanzhou University, the Law School of Central University for Nationalities, and the Law School of Nankai University. In 1996, he was awarded as the Excellent Young Teacher in Beijing and was selected as the Beijing “Cross-Century Excellent Talents” Support Plan in 1998, and was awarded as “Tianjin Excellent Jurist” in 2005.
Professor Zhu is also the Standing Director of the China Research Association of International Economic and Trade Law, Standing Director of the WTO Law Research Society, legislative advisory expert of the Standing Committee of Tianjin Municipal People's Congress, and legal consulting expert of Tianjin Municipal Government.
Up to now, Professor Zhu has written four books about laws, and edited and published seven teaching books in law. He has published more than fifty academic papers in domestic core journals. In addition, he has presided over seven ministerial and provincial scientific research projects. He is currently undertaking four provincial and ministerial projects, such as China’s Green Trade Barrier Legal System Research by the Ministry of Justice.
