2.Introduction:
As Doctor of Law, Zhang Xinxiang is the Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and she also serves as the Director of Criminal Law Department at Nankai University School of Law. From September 1980 to June 1984, Professor Zhang studied at East China University of Political Science and Law. She has been taught at Nankai University since July 1984.
Professor Zhang was a Visiting scholar at Rikkyo University in Japan from March 1997 to April 1998. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Society of Criminal Law and Board of Directors of the International Association of Criminal Law China. She occupied the Legislative Consultant of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal People's Congress and a Visiting professor of the Tianjin Branch of the State Prosecutors’ Academy. She is also the people supervisor of the Second Branch of the Tianjin Municipal People's Procuratorate.
