Guest’s Background:Prof. Yang Guohua is Professor at Tsinghua University’s School of Law. He is Vice Chairman of China Law Society’s WTO Law Research Society. Previously, he has been Deputy Director General of the Department of Treaty and Law, Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and Intellectual Property Rights Attaché at the Chinese Embassy to the U.S.
