Guest’s Background: Prof. Peng Qinglong is a member of Appraisal Group of Foreign Language Disciplines, State Council, a member of English Group of the Teaching Guiding Committee under the Ministry of Education, chief expert of National Social Science Foundation. He is also professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is Vice Dean of School of Foreign Languages, Shanghai Jiaotong University.
