2.Introduction:
Zhang Hongbo, male, graduated from Jilin University School of Law. He is the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of NanKai University School of Law. He has been to University of Wisconsin Law School from November 2009 to November 2010 and the University of Iowa College of Law from September 2014 to September 2015 as a visiting scholar. Professor Zhang has participated in various projects of NSFC and many provincial and ministerial projects. He presided over one key project of NSFC, one Youth Project of National Social Science Fund, one Youth Fund of Ministry of Education.
Professor Zhang is the leader of Shandong Province Youth Innovation Team. His awards include the first prize of Social Science of Shandong Province, Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Jilin Province, and the second prize of excellent achievements of humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities of Ministry of Education. He has published 8 monographs and textbooks, and more than 30 academic papers.
